All of our packages include unlimited communication with the Completely Coordinated team throughout the planning process and setup-to-breakdown assistance on wedding day.

The White Package
Our base-level coordination package is perfect for the couple who is very hands on and does most of the planning. The Completely Coordinated team will be present for up to 10 hours on wedding day to ensure all details are managed, vendor arrivals/delivery occur and the overall vision is executed on the big day. The Pink Package
This is our coordination+ package, which allows the couple to be able to still hold the reins with wedding management professionals in their corner throughout. It includes all items from The White Package, with additional hours on wedding day (up to 13),
